Returns.

If you are not satisfied with the goods or have simply changed your mind about the purchase, you can return it within fourteen (14) calendar days

from the delivery date of the goods and receive a refund.

- Return order.

 

You will receive a confirmation by email as soon as your return has been correctly received and checked by us at the specified returns address*. If a refund is issued, it will be processed within 7-10 business days, after the receiving of the returned products. The costs for the return shipping is your responsibility.

Please note that you are responsible for the damage or loss of the returned goods, until we have received them. We will only refund products that have not been worn, are undamaged, with labels and in resealable condition.

- Right of withdrawal.

 

As long as the goods are your property, you are responsible for keeping them safe and in good condition.

In the case of returns due to your change of opinion (right of withdrawal) and within fourteen (14) calendar days, you will receive the full refund,

when we recieve the returned items. The costs for the return shipping is your responsibility.

You can exercise this right of withdrawal without penalty and without giving a reason.

 

We do not accept any right of return for custom-made goods.
